Accra Marriott Hotel climaxed a week long celebration of their Global Customer Appreciation Week with a topnotch Caribbean Cocktail theme party to greatly appreciate their loyal customers. The Sales and Marketing Director of Accra Marriott Hotel, Noemi Delgado expressed her gratitude to the guests who ultimately made it a special night, “thank you for your loyalty, friendship and business. We’re here to have fun, we love you all for being here; let’s have fun”, said quite clearly.
The customer appreciation week is an annual event which is celebrated by Marriott Hotels all over the world. Accra was no exception, the Caribbean Cocktail party was pretty much exciting, as a matter it was a thrilling experience. The guests were treated with respect, good tasty meals, and melodies that were so sweet to enjoy.

Amongst other guests include Twinsdntbeg of Swag of Africa News (who are currently the brand influencers for the hotel) and South African High Commissioner to Ghana, Her Excellency Madam Lulu Xingwana. Lots of amazing prizes were won in the night, including a return ticket to the United States.
Customer appreciation week is of utmost importance, research shows that it can turn an unhappy customer into a satisfied long term customer, an occasional customer into a repeat customer, and last but not the least it can change and transform any customer into the biggest fan and advocate.
