Bambini show is Ghana’s number one kids television program that is very educative, informative and entertaining.
This season, the Bambini show team’s core objective is to focus on the safety of the future leaders in the nation especially the terrorist attacks and kidnapping cases ongoing in the country. This has become necessary because our children are under security threat .
Bambini show in partnership with Ghana police Anti-terrorism unit has started an education project dubbed “ *Ban Bo (protection) operation save the Future*”
Chief Superintendent Raymond Adofiem in an interview with the Bambini show team sent a message of reassurance to Ghanaians on their safety and security and seeks their cooperation to assist the police in their quest to protect society while maintaining law and order.
In his address to the Talented Royals school located at Weija in the greater Accra region at an event organized by the Bambini Show to educate the school children and teachers on important of being security conscious in your environment. The school authority expressed their gratitude and commended the Bambini show on inviting the police to sensitize the school children on security threats and also resounding the various emergency lines of agencies to call upon when in any situation that calls for their presence.
The police personnel present at the gathering took advantage of the occasion to reiterate their relationship with the children just like they always say “The police is your friend”. This boosted the confidence of the school children as they interacted freely with the police amidst taking pictures with them. It was certainly a sight to behold.
The head master of the School, Edward Afful expressed his worry over parents in Ghana who have somewhat shirked their responsibilities when it comes to the security of children and admonished them to make extra efforts at protecting the future-leaders.
This initiative has become imperative in the wake of attacks and kidnappings in recent times in and outside the borders of the country and thus calls for the protection of children who happen to be the most vulnerable in society.
This project will be telecast on Saturdays TV Africa at 9am and Wednesday at 4pm and also on HSTV Saturday at 4pm
