Accra Fashion Fashion Week is set for an explosive event that could possibly make it the hallmark of African fashion in 2020. This year, the event will merge itself with FashionGHANA Honors and Awards 2020, where many talents in the fashion industry will be awarded and honored for showing excellence in their unique field and strengthening the fashion industry. Accra Fashion Week will also be making it’s #SHOPTHERUNWAY initiative a heavy instrument in the orchestration of the event. Organisers believe it’s paramount that spectators and supporters of Ghanaian fashion also need to work to turn their support into support into sales for the designers, but even more so designers need to work to make their designs appealing to the international fashion market.

Although Accra Fashion Week began in 2016, this year will mark it’s 7th event holding 7 straight successful straight events in the space of 4 years. This will be acknowledged and celebrated with many local and international guests from the fashion industry as well as a few celebrities soon to be revealed. Nominations for the FashionGHANA Honors and Awards can be executed on and interested participants of the fashion week can find more on
