Ekow Vincent wrote to help the boss of IMANI and some Ghanaians not to bother because those additional ministry were added to manage resources in the country as the agenda made by the ruling government.

EKOW VINCENT WRITES
Franklin cudjoe of IMANI fame needs a boarding pass enroute to Shanghai, Ghuanzou and Beijing to experience how Railway network is put at the center of economic development linking to many smaller towns in China. China’s progress is undoubtedly due to it’s vast concentration in railway network.
He certainly needs a boarding pass enroute to china

every nation that intends to industrialise cannot do without effective railway system. since independence, there has been almost a total neglect of our railway system and it is only imperative that, the journey of prosperity through industrialisation should be accompanied by a working railway system, hence the need for a special attention.
