The funeral service of Ghanaian celebrity photographer, Emmanuel Yeboah Bobbie alias Bob Pixel was held yesterday; Saturday 20th March 2021 at his residence in Ablekuma, Accra. The iconic photogragher died on 25th February 2021 after suffering a short illness which was believed to have been Covid-19 complications.
Family, friends and loved ones trooped to his residence yesterday to pay tribute and mourn their beloved brother and friend, Emmanuel Bobbie. He was very exceptional and had great respect for his job as a photographer, he worked with renowned Ghanaian celebrities such as Manifest, John Dumelo, Jackie Appiah, Yvonne Nelson, Menaye Donor and a host of many others. He was scheduled to participate in 2021 International Fashion Week in Amsterdam, until his demise.
He raised a family and left behind three (3) children. Bobbie attended Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and graduated with BSc in Communication Design, he was good at capturing images at tourist sites and social gatherings in Ghana. He also worked with International Agencies such as UNICEF, Woodin Fashion, Vodafone, Samsung and a couple of others. He was finally laid to rest at Ablekuma cemetery in Accra.
