Oyarifa Mall Set to Open in April 2020

Oyarifa Mall, the latest addition to retail service centres in Accra is set to open in April 2020 to serve the rapidly growing middle class suburbs of Oyarifa, Adenta, Frafraha, Ayimensa, Damfa and it’s environs. The mall which will be the first and only formal organised and commercial retail space in the will provide a strong selection of retailers acRoss various categories including grocery stores, lifestyle and fashion outlets.

Located off the N4 Highway, near Accra-Aburi intersection, the Oyarifa Mall is being developed by Oyarifa Development and cover over 10,000 square meters. The mall’s Food and Beverage will feature a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and quick-service food concepts while the lifestyle area will welcome retailers featuring fashion, apparel, footwear and accessories to provide customers with a strong variety Popular African and premium brands.

“The Oyarifa area is quickly growing to become one of the hotspots for real estates in Ghana. With more people living and travelling to the area, there’s a need for more amenities and conveniences to cater to the needs of the community. We’re excited to develop Oyarifa Mall as a commercial anchor that has been designed to suit it’s suroundings taking advantage of the serenity and the beauty of the area’s landscape and views”, says Peter Osei the CEO and founder of Oyarifa Development, who began developing the project in 2020.

The Oyarifa mall is positioned to serve the rapidly increasing middle-income residential settlements learning centres like Ashesi University and other Travellers going East towards Koforidua and beyond as well as weekend health enthusiasts who use the Aburi hikes as a fitness route. “The Oyarifa Mall will have something for everyone to enjoy.
