They say life begins at 40, but to the Ghanaian Afro songstress, she has worked tirelessly enough to achieve that.

Born September 11, 1977, Mavis Sintim-Aboagye known by her stage name Lily M is a self-motivating woman who has worked passionately both in the music and humanitarian industry in Ghana and across Africa.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry of music, Her brand (Lily M) was officially launched on 24th of may 2016, at Labone. Lily M is a woman who works effortlessly and endlessly to make sure she propagates the love for life and respect for the dignity of it.

As a young woman, Lily M has been over the years recording demos as a single act. She and her husband Mr. Sintim-Aboagye who also happens to be the executive producer of her brand, decided that she ventures into full time music after realizing her potential to succeed and use music to propagate as a tool to address societal issues.

Lily M, a mother of four, started the strength of a woman foundation, a non-governmental foundation that seeks to propagate and empower the everyday Ghanaian woman.

Lily M’s career rose to a peak of recognition when she released a single‘ Strength of a woman’ featuring Sherifa Gunu.

She has then been in acquaintance of working with top giants in the Ghanaian music industry and Africa, such as Zap mallet, Atongo, Sherifa Gunu, Nana Fynn, Shasha Marley,Elivava, Okyeame Kwame etc.

In 2017 Lily M released her ever high-life music ‘Odo dea’ featuring Okyeame Kwame which took to Twitter trend and was widely propagated across the various Social media platforms.

Currently she is in with a new Afro-soul and Afro-pop music which she calls ‘Find your voice’. The Find your voice music is a song that talks about how every individual human being needs to discover his/her inner capabilities in order to belong to a class of thinkable categories.

Lily M is a visionary woman who never give up but with her hope and dedication she fuels her passion and aspiration as a beacon of hope to drive human fulfillment
